PROPOSED Caldwell County ESD No. 6

This site will host information about the PROPOSED Caldwell County ESD No. 6 for Fire & Rescue to service the Dale VFD 911-dispatched area. The purpose of this ESD formation is to support the volunteer firefighters of Dale VFD with funding to support a growing district and increased costs to manage a fire department. The Dale VFD 911-dispatched area is expected to gain an additional 2,000 households within the next 1-3 years.

BOUNDARY LEGAL DESCRIPTION

BEGINNING at the intersection of FM 672 and Lockhart City limits. The intersection of Market Street and FM 672 bears approximately 350 feet in a Southwest direction.

THENCE in a Northeastern direction along the centerline of FM 672 approximately 3,190 feet to a projected point from Dry Creek Road and FM 672. Along the common Southeast boundary of Caldwell-Hays ESD 1.

THENCE in a Northern direction along the centerline of Dry Creek Road approximately 6,650 feet to a curve of Dry Creek Road. Along the common Southeast boundary of Caldwell Hays ESD 1.

THENCE in an East direction approximately 150 feet to the Northeast corner of a 96.334 Acre tract owned by Randall Alan Homann in instrument #2024-001886 of the Official Records. This is also an angle point for a 141.059 acres tract owned by David Anton recorded in Official Records volume 144 page 615. Along the common Southeast boundary of Caldwell-Hays ESD 1.

THENCE in Northeasterly direction approximately 14,420 feet to the Southwest corner of a 12.425 acres tract owned by South Pass Development LLC recorded in Official Records volume 265 page 91. Also known as an unrecorded subdivision named Buena Vista Ranch, Tract 18. Along the common Southeast boundary of Caldwell-Hays ESD 1.

THENCE in Northeasterly direction approximately 2,238.8 feet to the most Northern corner of the above mentioned 12.425 acres tract known as Tract 18.
